Our Business

Reliable and relevant information

HOMIWOO is a French startup that has developed a digital platform for estimating and analyzing residential real estate markets for professionals

Our mission is to provide our clients with the most reliable and relevant information to help them make the best decisions. We don't just aggregate data; we fully exploit the potential of Artificial Intelligence (Machine Learning and Big Data) to estimate prices, rent, build business indicators, and understand all market dynamics and the environment of a property.

Our strength lies in combining this scientific approach with a business approach. The continued trust of our clients, the sharing of their business experience, and their regular feedback allow us to constantly improve our ability to meet their needs.

Our core business is Data Science. We leverage the latest advances in Data Science to provide scientific answers to real estate challenges.

Today, it remains very difficult for real estate industry players to access market data that is sufficiently relevant and reliable to guide their decisions. This observation seems paradoxical, as numerous sources of real estate data exist that should be able to fulfill this role. However, these sources are often specific (rental or sales), present information that is out of sync with the market, are limited to the transactional part of the market without covering supply, or are sometimes exclusively fed by professionals (which introduces bias) and restricted to certain geographical areas (regional metropolises, Paris region, etc.).

Thanks to Data Science, Homiwoo develops a database and models that solve these problems. We thus help our clients in their essential mission: making the best real estate decisions.

Research and Development therefore occupy a central place in our added value and investments. Our partnership with the Artificial Intelligence master's program at École Polytechnique demonstrates our commitment to scientific excellence. The award we won in the DeepLearning category (Deep Learning for images) of the i-Nov competition aims to exploit all the information contained in images to further improve the quality of the information we provide. Moreover, our work on this subject was recognized at the ICCV conference, where Homiwoo received the award for the best poster at the Workshop on 'Computer Vision Aided Architectural Design'.
