This personal data protection policy, implemented by HOMIWOO, is intended to provide data subjects with synthetic and comprehensive information on the processing of personal data operated by HOMIWOO. The data controller is HOMIWOO, SAS whose registered office is 21, Quai André Citroën, 75015 Paris, registered with the Paris RCS under number 829 725 498 (hereinafter referred to as “HOMIWOO”).
HOMIWOO attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and thus undertakes to process data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and in particular Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to IT, files and freedoms amended by Law 2018-493 of June 20, 2018, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of this data (hereinafter referred to as "the GDPR"). HOMIWOO operates the platform www.homiwoo.com (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), the purpose of which is to provide its clients with information and analyzes in the real estate field (hereinafter referred to as "the Reports"). The Platform is accessible from a User account (s) opened by the customer. The customer provides HOMIWOO under his responsibility with the data relating to the Users authorized to access the Platform.

HOMIWOO collects and processes personal data on Users registered on the Platform; name, first name, email address and possibly telephone number (mobile and / or landline). The email address and telephone numbers must be data for professional use. The information and analyzes contained in the Reports, sent to Users, do not contain personal data.

Processing carried out on the legal basis of the execution of the contract: The purposes of processing Users' personal data are (i) the processing and monitoring of requests for Reports on the Platform, (ii) the monitoring of invoices, ( iii) monitoring the customer relationship, (iv) sending commercial information and (v) managing User opinions on the service.
The User is informed that he may at any time oppose the sending of commercial messages by HOMIWOO by sending an e-mail to the address rgpd@homiwoo.com

The data processed on the Platform will be kept for a maximum period of 5 years after the issuance of the last Report by the Client. These data may also be kept for an additional 5 years thereafter in the archive database, under restricted access, for accounting purposes. User data or access may be deleted at any time, at the written request of the User, the client or at the initiative of HOMIWOO, if the User is no longer part of the workforce of a HOMIWOO client.

HOMIWOO is committed:
• to use the aforementioned data only for the purposes described above,
• to implement appropriate security means to guarantee a level of security and
confidentiality of personal data,
• to respect the rights of data subjects and to meet their requests as far as possible, while respecting their own legal and operational responsibilities.

The data is intended exclusively for HOMIWOO. HOMIWOO reserves the right to use technical subcontractors, for example for the hosting and maintenance of personal data.
Technical service providers are required to comply with the legal provisions applicable to the protection of personal data. These service providers can only use personal data on behalf of HOMIWOO.

HOMIWOO maintains adequate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorized access to personal data, whether accidentally or unlawfully. HOMIWOO does not transfer personal data outside the European Union.

The persons concerned are the Users who have an account allowing them to access the Platform. Data subjects have the following rights:

Right of access: Data subjects have the right to ask HOMIWOO for information on the data processed concerning them and to obtain communication thereof.

Right of rectification: Data subjects have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate data concerning them held by HOMIWOO.

Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Data subjects have the right, within the limits provided for by the legal provisions applicable to the protection of personal data, to obtain from HOMIWOO the erasure of data concerning them.

Right to restriction of processing: Data subjects have the right to ask HOMIWOO to suspend the processing of their data until a verification can take place (in particular to verify the accuracy and relevance of the personal data processed by HOMIWOO )
 

Right of portability: Data subjects can obtain that the personal data concerning them are transmitted to them in a structured format and have the right to transmit them to another data controller.

Right to object: Data subjects have the right to object, at any time, to appearing in a file for legitimate reasons.
 

Right to define directives relating to the fate of post-mortem personal data:
In the absence of directives or contrary mentions in the aforementioned directives, the heirs of the persons concerned may after their death exercise their rights over their personal data.
